Ellen Lowrey, OTR/L, CHT, specializes in treating non-operative and post-operative conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.
She has advanced skills in manual therapy techniques that have contributed to 20 years of successful experience as an Occupational Therapist and 10 years of specialized hand and upper extremity therapy.
In 2011, Ellen obtained her advanced certification in hand therapy and began working for Chicago Hand and Orthopedic Surgery Center. She also became an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
During her tenure, she has always practiced with a client-centered, evidence-based approach and provided optimal care for her patients.
In her spare time, Ellen enjoys the outdoors, remaining active, fitness, travel, and spending time with her family and friends.
