Covid-19 Update

We hope you are staying healthy and safe. During this period, we have remained open and continue to see patients for their musculoskeletal issues. Our offices are taking all precautions to ensure patient safety. We continue to provide appointments within 24 hours if needed.

Additionally, we now offer Telehealth visits for appropriate patients.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.

Dr. Kulovitz approaches each patient’s condition from an individual perspective and truly believes it is a privilege to be their physician. She is energetic and positive with every patient while guiding them on their journey toward health. She embodies a holistic approach to healthcare, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms. Creating a patient-centered environment is her goal. She makes sure patients understand their diagnosis, know all treatment options, and are part of the decision making process. Seeing that each case is unique, she focuses on formulating a specialized treatment plan tailored to her patients.

Dr. Kulovitz has not only completed a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery, but she has completed one in Osteopathic Manual Medicine as well and utilizes that additional, specialized knowledge to treat all conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. She sees patients of all ages, and specializes in fracture care, carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, Dupuytren’s and DeQuervain’s Disease. Furthermore, she has experience in treating patients with complex reconstructive microvascular hand surgery for arthritis, nerve injuries, and trauma. Dr. Kulovitz holds a special interest in Pediatric fracture care and hand injuries. She uses both operative and non-operative methods using the latest technology available, and takes care of both work and sports related injuries. She performs ultrasound guided injections, arthroscopic and open procedures. Her focus is shoulder, elbow, wrist, and knee arthroscopy, as well as both open and endoscopic techniques for carpal and cubital tunnel surgery.

Outside the office, Dr. Kulovitz enjoys being active in the academic community, and volunteers her time to teach Medical Students at Midwestern University.
